In fact, Aspen/Snowmass is home to more than 100 bars and restaurants, and is continually named one of the best dining destinations in North America.

For a fantastic breakfast, stop into the family friendly Wienerstube where breakfast is given an Austrian twist. Or meet the Snowmass locals at the Wildcat Ca, where morning people can grab a hearty breakfast burrito.

Of the many to go lunch options in Aspen/Snowmass, Johnny McGuire’s Deli is one of the best. If you prefer to sit down and be served, patio seating at Mezzaluna is prime real estate. Or settle in at Taster’s Pizza in Snowmass where they serve up some fo the best subs around.

On the “make reservations as soon as you arrive” list, be sure to include French bistro Cache Cache in Aspen. The patio they share with Campo De Fiori is the hotspot for al fresco summer dining. Be sure to include II Poggio and Artisan Restaurant in Snowmass. Demand is high, so plan ahead.

Experience the freshest and most innovative dishes at locales such as Kenishi, Takah Sushi and Matsuhisa - part of the acclaimed Nobu restaurant family. Or enjoy Szechwan/pan-Asian cuisine at Snowmass’ Mountain Dragon.

There are also a handful of area restaurants that can provide a little adventure with your dining experiencel Head out for dinner to Krabloonik, also home to massive dogsledding kennekls, or ride your bike to the exlectic Woody Creek Tavern. But remember the Tavern’s margaritas can be potent so you may want to arrange for a taxi ride back.
