THE BIGHORN STEAKHOUSE
Big steaks are the tradition, and if you're also looking for big salads you
won't be disappointed. Serving classic steakhouse cuisine featuring USDA Prime
and Choice cuts of beef with a complete soup and salad bar included with each
entree. Evening specials with a southwestern flare are also offered. Try the
Prime Rib and Alaskan King Crab, and finish with a slice of New York Cheesecake.

DER FONDUE CHESSEL
Gather with friends and family for a memorable evening filled with old-fashioned
Swiss and Bavarian charm. After a gondola ride to the top of North Peak, you'll
step into the Outpost day lodge at 11,444 feet and into another world. Serving
a four course traditional fondue dinner, with Bavarian music and dancing to

THE GARDEN ROOM
Serving continental cuisine with a dramatic flair. Start with Champagne Oysters
while your Ceasars Salad's prepared to perfection. Savor the Salmon Monaco,
a spice encrusted filet with braised young greens and ginger beume rouge , or
try the Smoked Breast of Pheasant with pear mustard fruit profiterole. With
a great location on Keystone Lake, guests are treated to a panoramic view of
the lake and surrounding Snake River Valley in a serene, garden-like setting.

Cozy and charming, this former 1800's stagecoach stop is now a bed and breakfast
inna nd restaurant. Featuring excellent service and a four-course menu that
is frequently rotated, enjoy innovative entrees like Cinnamon and Salt Dusted
Muscovy Duck. After dinner, retire to a comfortable seat next to the fireplace
and finish with dessert and a special Ski Tip Coffee. Open daily in the summer
