the base of the mountain. The four new buildings house shops, restaurants, lodging
and a 35-foot-tall, 360-degree climbing wall.

The geographical features of the mountain provide for naturally
divided terrain, with many of the advanced runs spilling off the backside of
the mountain. Intermediate skiers and riders find plenty of variety on the main
face of the mountain. And the gentle terrain on the mountain's west slope provides
a progressive learning environment for beginners, where they won't be intimidated
by faster skiers and riders. "Copper Kids" will appreciate the Schoolhouse
at the Union Creek base area with its child-sized bathrooms, dining tables and
chairs. The mountain also offers a choice of tubing runs with varying degrees
of difficulty, snowmobile tours and sleigh rides.
